Advanced Rhythmic Concepts

Igor studied drums at the jazz department of the Conservatory of Utrecht and Amsterdam. He graduated with both bachelor and master degree.

His Master research dealt with the application of Karnatic rhythmic concepts to the drums. During his research he delved into these concepts inspired by the lessons he followed on the Conservatory of Amsterdam given by Rafael Reina, Jos Zwaanenburg and David De Marez Oyens.
